John Anderson the Artist

(Note from John Wavra):  In my message exchanges with John Anderson, while working together to add his great Vietnam photo collection to the website, I learned about John's second "passion" - Art. 

John was generous to send me one of his "A Battery 6/27, 8 inch Artillery Vietnam 1966" cards after we had exchanged a several emails.  I liked this work and thought many of you might be interested in seeing it. 

At the same time I also thought I would provide you with the opportunity to purchase some of John's cards or a framed print.   Let me go on record from the very start - Neither I personally, or the website, benefits in any way from the sale of John's artwork.

In fact, when John agreed to let me showcase some of his works on the website he wrote:: "It is not my goal to make money on this, but I need to cover my costs and time spent. I am not expecting too much activity on this, but I would be honored by any orders that I get."

John's pictures are available as cards w/envelopes or as 11”x14” reprints with double mat 16”x20” white outer mat and black inner border.  So with that said, here are some samples of John's work and a price list should you are interested in purchasing.

If you are interested in purchasing any of John Anderson's cards or an 11"x14"  reprint here is a price list:

1 card with envelop.............$5.00 (includes shipping)

2-5 cards with envelops............$4.00 each (includes shipping)

6-10 cards with envelops..............$3.50 each (includes shipping)

11-25 or more cards with envelops.......$3.00 each (includes shipping)

 

Additionally I can have reprints on high quality water color paper made locally.

 

1 reprint 11”x14” with double mat 16”x20” white outer mat and black inner border ................$25.00 plus shipping cost (depends on destination)

 

Payment: I would ship as soon as a bankable check is received. I would expect 1-2 week turn around depending on my local printer who is pretty fast.
