Ft. Bliss, Texas 1964-1965

 


Old howitzer at Ft. Bliss, Texas Firing Range,  I was new to the unit and this is the only time I saw the howitzer ready to fire. That was hard work.

In the field at Ft. Bliss, 4th Section - Wintertime, PFC McRoberts was the only one to go to Vietnam -  Men right to left. PFC Maurice McRoberts, PFC Martinez, PFC Sexton, PFC Bernard and CPL Clawson.
