CAMP TWO NEAR BIEN HOA AIRFIELD
After our initial setup near the Widows village the battery was told to move to the other side of the Bien Hoa Airfield. Several time our firing was delayed or canceled (rumor had it) because aircraft were in our field of fire.
Our new camp location was next to the 173 rd Airborne where we set up perimeter defense in front of their position so they could get some rest. The area had been leveled by bull-dozers and we did the rest.
